Judge Pedraz orders investigation into Fiscalía meetings and summons Cristina Narbona

Magistrate Santiago Pedraz has ordered an investigation into possible meetings at the Fiscalía General del Estado between April 2024 and June 2025 involving Leire Díez and other individuals linked to the case.

Audiencia Nacional judge Santiago Pedraz has issued an order requesting information from the Fiscalía General about meetings at the Fortuny headquarters with Leire Díez, lawyer Antonio Cabrera, businessman Javier Pérez Dolset and lawyers Jacobo Teijelo and Ismael Oliver. Pedraz has also summoned the president of the PSOE's Federal Executive Commission, Cristina Narbona, as a witness for July 10, after seizing a WhatsApp conversation between Díez and Narbona dated April 24, 2024. In addition, the magistrate has charged lawyer Leticia de la Hoz, who will testify on July 14, for allegedly trying to buy the silence of businesswoman Carmen Pano. He has summoned 22 witnesses between June 26 and July 13.
