BBC Radio 1 has revealed the Sunday lineup for its Big Weekend 2026 festival, with Kehlani, Niall Horan and Olivia Dean joining the main stage at Herrington Country Park in Sunderland. The May 22-24 event follows previously announced Friday headliners Fatboy Slim and Sonny Fodera, and Saturday's Zara Larsson and Louis Tomlinson.
Building on earlier announcements, Sunday, May 24, on the Radio 1 Main Stage will feature Charlie Hedges, Dean McCullough, Dermot Kennedy, Jeremiah Asiamah, Kehlani, Maia Beth, Melvin Odoom, Myles Smith, Nat O’Leary, Niall Horan, Olivia Dean, Rickie Haywood-Williams and Vicky Hawkesworth.
The Radio 1 New Music Stage lineup includes Alessi Rose, Ezra Collective, Holly Humberstone, Jack Saunders, Jorja Smith in a party set, Maisie Peters and Odeal.
Ticket details for Saturday and Sunday (on sale from March 11 at 5pm, £44.50 plus fee, with geographic priority) remain as previously announced. The BBC is running outreach via Radio 1’s Life Hacks live panels at local colleges from March 24-27, covering mental health, relationships and more.
