Game director Richard Knight has confirmed that Ubisoft is developing a New Game Plus mode for Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. The feature is in early stages following the game's strong launch performance. No release date has been announced.
Knight made the remarks during an interview with YouTuber JorRaptor. He stated that work began shortly after the main game was completed and described it as a low-risk addition modeled partly on the mode already prepared for Assassin's Creed Shadows.
"Well, this is the one thing I can say. Yes, we're working on that right now," Knight said. "It's one of the first things." He noted that production discussions are ongoing and that details such as unique rewards remain undecided.
The announcement comes without a specific timeline. Knight indicated that implementation challenges differ from those in Shadows due to structural differences between the titles.
