Two third-party appeals have been submitted to An Coimisiún Pleanála opposing planning permission for a new stud farm in Wicklow. The permission was granted to leading dressage rider Josephine Delahoyde in January. The proposed development includes stables, arenas, and other facilities at Ballymoat, Glenealy.
