This result confirmed their elimination from semifinal contention, leaving them with one win from eight round-robin games. They will play Norway on Thursday at 17:35 GMT.
GB conceded four points in the opening end against Latvia (now 2-6) and trailed 5-4 after four ends. Despite good positions, they couldn't capitalize as Latvia added three points over the next two ends to secure the win.
