Värmland's regional council voted yes on Wednesday to collaborate with Region Dalarna on a joint laundry facility in Fredriksberg.
After many rounds over the years, a large majority in Värmland decided to start the collaboration. The debate in the council lasted nearly one hour before the vote. The decision means the regions of Dalarna and Värmland will share a laundry facility in Fredriksberg. The vote was followed by nyaludvikatidning.se.
Region Dalarna has presented its new work environment plan together with union representatives. The plan is described as positive by the unions and is expected to be approved the same day.
