Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr launches in Malaysia with new yellow colour

Brixton has introduced the Crossfire 500 Storr adventure motorcycle in Malaysia, priced at RM29,888, equivalent to about ₹7 lakh. The model comes with touring accessories as standard and a new desert-inspired yellow colour scheme alongside existing options. Its launch in India has been delayed to the second quarter of 2026.

The Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr, a middleweight adventure touring motorcycle, has entered the Malaysian market to bolster the brand's presence in Southeast Asia. Priced at RM29,888—approximately ₹7 lakh based on current exchange rates—the bike targets riders interested in long-distance travel with its included standard accessories: a top box and a pair of hard-side panniers for added luggage capacity, eliminating the need for aftermarket additions right away. This positioning sets it apart in the competitive segment, where it rivals models like the Honda NX500 and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. Available in three colour schemes—Sage Green Matt, Backstage Black, and the new Yellow—the Yellow variant features a desert-inspired theme that enhances its rugged adventure aesthetic. The motorcycle is powered by a 486cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine paired with a six-speed gearbox, producing 47bhp at 8,500rpm and 43Nm at 6,750rpm. It sits on a tubular steel frame with KYB 43mm upside-down forks offering 180mm travel at the front and a preload-adjustable monoshock with 175mm travel at the rear. The bike rolls on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels fitted with tubeless tyres, while braking is handled by J.Juan calipers on a 320mm front disc and 240mm rear disc, aided by dual-channel ABS. Weighing 209kg, it balances performance for both highway touring and light off-road use. In India, Brixton partner MotoHaus had planned the launch for India Bike Week 2025, but logistical issues from a venue change postponed it to the second quarter of 2026, between April and June. An expected ex-showroom price of ₹5.50 lakh positions it against upcoming rivals like the BMW F 450 GS and as a premium option to the KTM 390 Adventure lineup.
