In horsemanship, Georgia responded with a 3-2 edge. Kendall McClintock scored 73.5 to defeat Callie Hogg 73.5-72.5, followed by Abbey Zawisza (76-74 over Alexia Tordoff) and Lyla Bellar (75-74 over Sydney Swallom). Auburn's Caroline Fredenburg took MOP with a 76.25-76 decision over Ava Hathaway, and Brooke Jolstad won 75.25-73.25 against Alyvia Dixon.

Georgia's Cadence Eger (67.75-62.75 over Tordoff) and Raegan Shepherd (69.25-68 over Michelle Fumagalli) picked up points.

Georgia coach Meghan Boenig praised her team's resilience: "I really love the grit and the comeback of this team... I'm proud of this team and their grit and determination."
