CNJ demands explanations on acquittal of vulnerable rape suspect

The National Justice Oversight Board ordered the Minas Gerais Court of Justice and Judge Magid Nauef Láuar to provide explanations within five days regarding the decision acquitting a 35-year-old man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in 2024.
