The No. 8 Auburn women's golf team captured the team title at the Moon Golf Invitational, finishing at seven-under par 857 over 54 holes at Suntree Country Club in Melbourne, Florida. Texas A&M placed second at four-under 860, with Vanessa Borovilos earning the individual championship at seven-under 209. The tournament featured 17 teams, including 12 ranked in the top 25.
Texas A&M took the lead after the opening round of the Moon Golf Invitational with a 3-under 285 at Suntree Country Club in Melbourne, Florida. Mississippi State's Izzy Pellot holds the individual lead at 3-under 69. The tournament, hosted by Louisville, continues through February 17.
