CIFF Guangzhou, the world's largest trade platform for the furniture supply chain, reaffirms its global role with the 57th edition spanning more than 850,000 square metres. It will host over 4,900 exhibitors and attract more than 360,000 professional visitors from over 200 countries and regions. The fair adopts a two-phase format, with Phase 1 from March 18 to 21, 2026, dedicated to home living areas such as Home Furniture, Upholstery, Dining & Living, Homedecor & Hometextile, and Outdoor, Sunshade & Leisure Furniture.
Under the theme "CONNECT · CREATE", the Home Furniture exhibition interprets the evolution of contemporary design through nine key concepts: Oriental Aesthetics, Natural Healing, International Resonance, New Solid Wood, Design Going Global, Pet-Friendly Design, Design for the Elderly, AI + Design, and Artistic Living. These themes capture broader global shifts, including renewed interest in traditional craftsmanship and cultural identity, alongside integration of technology, wellness, and inclusive design. Furniture is presented as merging function, culture, and lifestyle to transform domestic spaces into expressive environments aligned with modern living patterns.
A highlight is Area D for Homedecor & Hometextile, gathering nearly 700 brands to showcase directions in decorative elements, soft furnishings, and interior accessories influenced by materials, textiles, and cultural creativity. Thematic exhibitions include the Pet Friendly Living – Pet Furniture and Products Special Exhibition with around 40 companies, featuring multifunctional furniture, integrated pet spaces, and innovative materials to accommodate pets in households. The Healthy & Silver Life Living Exhibition, addressing the 'silver economy', involves about 60 companies displaying ergonomic furniture, smart home care systems, and assistive technologies for ageing populations to support independent living.
The Outdoor, Sunshade & Leisure Furniture sector in Area B covers over 50,000 square metres with more than 400 brands, presenting outdoor furniture, sunshade systems, and leisure products. Innovations in materials, craftsmanship, and sustainability will be explored through product launches, displays, and forums. Phase 2, from March 28 to 31, 2026, shifts to office furniture, commercial furniture, hotel furniture, and furniture machinery and raw materials. The event positions itself as a key observatory for global design trends where design, innovation, and industry converge.
