Wausau West girls win state curling title

The Wausau West girls curling team secured the high school state championship over the weekend at the Wausau Curling Club. They defeated Stevens Point 10-3 in the final match. Poynette claimed the boys title with a narrow 7-6 victory over Monona Grove.
