The Bryant University women's track and field team secured third place overall at the 2026 NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Roxbury, Massachusetts. Standout performances included gold medals from Ella Goulas in the triple jump and Jasmine Trott in the 5K. Other teams like Stonehill and the University of New Hampshire also notched strong results across various events.
The 2026 NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships took place on March 7 in Roxbury, Massachusetts, marking the conclusion of the indoor season for several teams. Bryant's women's squad finished third overall, driven by Ella Goulas's impressive showings: she earned bronze in the long jump and gold in the triple jump with a school-record mark of 12.33 meters. Jasmine Trott claimed gold in the 5K, clocking 16:42.59. Additional medals for Bryant included silver from Ashley Brule in pole vault at 3.77 meters, Lauren Haddad in the 400-meter dash at 56.61 seconds, Chloe Whiting in the mile at 4:55.26, and Panayiota Anastos in shot put at 13.43 meters. Bronze went to Georgia Wilson in the 60m hurdles (8.765 seconds) and Nathan Miller in the 200m dash (21.89 seconds). The men's 4x800 relay team of Bryson Fears, Toby Ruffo, Justin Shiffrin, and Lazo Slijepcevic posted the fastest time of 7:48.20.
Stonehill's men's team placed third, with Dylan Brilliant taking third in the 3000-meter run at 8:23.63, the third-best in program history. Jack Dougherty finished third in the 400-meter dash at 48.66, while the 4x800 relay earned silver at 7:48.51, just behind Bryant. Ean Hynes secured second in the 60m hurdles at 8.32. For Stonehill women, the 4x800 relay finished fifth at 9:25.88, and Grace Tyrrell placed fifth in the 500-meter dash at 1:17.70.
The University of New Hampshire men's team finished second, highlighted by Ethan Palmer's gold in the triple jump at 49 feet 11 inches, breaking the school record. Abaka-Amuah won shot put with 60 feet 2 inches, and Rime took first in the 800 meters at 1:52.05. Holy Cross women saw Celia Kulis win gold in the 60m hurdles, resetting a school record. Their 4x400 relay, featuring Angelina Lancey, Danielle DiEsso, Macie Salado, and Eliza Martin, placed third at 3:53.44.
