BTS has revealed the 14-song tracklist for their upcoming album Arirang, set for release on March 20, 2026. The album features collaborations with producers including Diplo, Kevin Parker, and JPEGMAFIA. It marks the group's first full album since 2020's Be.
BTS announced the tracklist for Arirang on March 3, 2026, via social media platforms including Instagram and Weverse. The album, named after the traditional Korean folk song, explores themes of yearning and life's journeys, as described in an earlier press release. It will be the K-pop group's first full-length release since Be in 2020, following the anthology LP Proof in 2022 and a hiatus that began in 2022 for members to complete mandatory military service and pursue solo projects.
The tracklist includes: 1. “Body to Body”, 2. “Hooligan”, 3. “Aliens”, 4. “FYA”, 5. “2.0”, 6. “No. 29”, 7. “Swim”, 8. “Merry Go Round”, 9. “Normal”, 10. “Like Animals”, 11. “they don’t know ’bout us”, 12. “One More Night”, 13. “Please”, 14. “Into the Sun”. “Swim” is highlighted as the title track, while “Into the Sun” closes the album. Production credits feature prominent names such as Diplo, Kevin Parker of Tame Impala, JPEGMAFIA, Mike WiLL Made-It, Ryan Tedder, Flume, and El Guincho.
BTS members were heavily involved in songwriting. RM contributed to every track except the interlude, Suga and J-Hope to nearly all, Jungkook to four including “Hooligan”, Jimin to “they don’t know ’bout us” and “Into the Sun”, and V to “2.0” and “Into the Sun”. Diplo, who collaborated on the album, told TMZ last month that it would “shock the world” and called it the “craziest album ever”.
The release coincides with the group's return to live performances. On March 21, 2026, BTS will hold their first concert in over three years at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, streamed live on Netflix. A documentary, BTS: The Return, chronicling the album's creation, premieres on the platform on March 27. This leads into a 2026-2027 world tour starting in April in Goyang, South Korea, and Tokyo, Japan, covering 34 regions with around 79 shows, including dates in North America, Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia. Two UK shows are scheduled for London on July 6 and 7, 2026.
The group reunited last July after completing military service, confirming plans for new music during a livestream. RM noted they had considered disbanding due to stress but are committed long-term, with Suga expressing a desire to continue until their 50s or 60s.
