Chicken Salad Chick is set to open its eighth Colorado location on March 4 in Greenwood Village's Denver Tech Center. The new restaurant at 5322 DTC Blvd. will be operated by franchisee Maureen McFerson and her husband, Luke Hadden. It marks McFerson's second outlet following her Littleton store from 2024.
Chicken Salad Chick, a fast-casual chain specializing in chicken salads, will launch its newest Colorado site on March 4 at 5322 DTC Blvd. in the Denver Tech Center area of Greenwood Village. This addition brings the company's total to eight restaurants in the state.
The outlet will be managed by local franchisee Maureen McFerson and her husband, Luke Hadden. It is McFerson's second venture with the brand, after she opened a location in Littleton in September 2024. McFerson brings experience from the food sector, including a decade as a research and development and quality scientist for pizza chains.
"I’m thrilled to be opening my second Chicken Salad Chick restaurant," McFerson said. "Over the past two years, it’s been amazing to see how the community has embraced us in Littleton, and Luke and I are excited to bring that same experience to Denver Tech Center."
The menu features various chicken salad flavors, accompanied by sides, soups, sandwiches, and desserts. Customers can choose from indoor dining, patio seating, takeout, delivery, and catering options. To mark the opening, the first 100 customers will receive free chicken salad promotions via the restaurant's mobile app.
Ahead of the launch, the team plans fundraising events for Make-A-Wish Colorado. The restaurant will operate Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
