An employee at the LVM home Älvgården in Hedemora was attacked and bitten by a client late one evening earlier this summer.
The incident occurred after the client was denied ambulance transport for a wound on the hand. The client then became violent toward staff.
The event has been reported to the Swedish Work Environment Authority as a workplace accident.
The LVM home is operated by the National Board of Institutional Care and is located in Dalarna.
