Konami has scheduled a new Silent Hill Transmission for February 12 at 4pm PT to share updates on Silent Hill: Townfall. The event follows closely after PlayStation's State of Play presentation. Silent Hill: Townfall, announced in 2022, is developed by Glasgow-based studio Screen Burn.
Konami announced its next Silent Hill Transmission broadcast on February 11, 2026, set for February 12 at 4:00 PM PT, which corresponds to midnight on February 13 in the UK. The company stated it will reveal the latest news on Silent Hill: Townfall during the stream, with a link to be provided soon.
Silent Hill: Townfall is being developed by Screen Burn, formerly known as No Code and based in Glasgow, the studio behind Stories Untold and Observation. The game was first revealed in 2022 via a mysterious trailer showing a man communicating over a walkie-talkie. Fans decoded elements of the trailer, uncovering an SOS signal amid 'THY FLESH IS WEAK' images and a reference to Alessa, a character from the original Silent Hill game, its third installment, and the 2006 film adaptation.
The announcement comes after the release of Silent Hill f last year, which follows teenager Hinako in a narrative praised for its second half despite a slower start. Eurogamer awarded it four stars, noting in its review: "Silent Hill f's frustrating first-half is outweighed by a brilliant, delirious second that's well worth the initial slog."
Konami shared the news on social media: "We are excited to reveal the latest updates from the SILENT HILL series in a new SILENT HILL Transmission on February 12 at 4:00 PM PT. 🌫️ We’ll share the latest news on SILENT HILL: Townfall. The streaming link is coming soon so stay tuned! 👀 #SILENTHILL #Townfall."
The timing places the Silent Hill event immediately after PlayStation's State of Play, creating a back-to-back showcase for gaming fans.
