Row house at Lergatan 12 sold for 7.3 million kronor

Hisham Hampus Albihn and Frida Kristina Nilsson have purchased a 165 square meter row house at Lergatan 12 in Limhamn for 7.3 million kronor.

The purchase from seller Claes Göran Hans Backlund was completed in May 2026. The house was built in 1957. Over the past twelve months 32 houses have sold within one kilometer of the property. The most expensive was Låglandsgatan 19 which sold for 12 million kronor. Villa prices in Malmö municipality have risen 4.2 percent over the last three months according to Svensk Mäklarstatistik. The average price stands at 45 901 kronor per square meter in the municipality.
