Bungie has announced a delay for its next major Destiny 2 update, now titled Shadow and Order, pushing the release to June 9, 2026. The decision follows reports of declining player counts and aims to incorporate large revisions and quality-of-life improvements. Ongoing content updates will continue in the interim.
