Jakarta – The Narcotics Crime Directorate (Dittipidnarkoba) of Bareskrim Polri named non-active Bima City Police Chief AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro as a suspect in drug possession on February 13, 2026, following a case review. The designation is based on Article 609 paragraph (2) letter (a) of Law No. 1/2023 on the Criminal Code juncto Law No. 1/2026 on Penalty Adjustments and Article 62 of Law No. 5/1997 on Psychotropics jo. appendix 1 item 9 of Law No. 1/2026.

The case came to light when investigators received information from Paminal Mabes Polri on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, that Didik had been detained. Interrogation revealed a white suitcase owned by Didik containing drugs at the home of Aipda Dianita Agustina in Tangerang, Banten. Dianita, Didik's former subordinate in Polda Metro Jaya and currently serving in Polres Tangerang Selatan, retrieved the suitcase at his request and stored it in her home.

Investigators located the suitcase, which had been secured by Satresnarkoba Polres Tangerang Selatan. Seized evidence includes 16.3 grams of methamphetamine, 49 ecstasy pills and two used remnants totaling 23.5 grams, 19 alprazolam pills, two happy five pills, and 5 grams of ketamine.

Kasubdit III Dittipidnarkoba, Kombes Pol. Zulkarnain Harahap, stated, “Dianita took the suitcase at Didik's request and then stored it in the house.” Dianita is currently under intensive examination as a witness. Additionally, Didik's wife, Miranti Afriana, is being questioned as a witness, though her role has not been further disclosed.

Narcotics Crime Director Brigjen Pol. Eko Hadi Santoso added that investigators will further question Didik for details on the suitcase's transfer. Currently, Didik is under special placement by the Propam Division of Polri.

Previously, Didik's name surfaced in a drug case involving AKP Malaungi, former head of Satresnarkoba Polres Bima City, where Didik is suspected of receiving Rp1 billion from drug lord Koko Erwin.
