Publicity displays highlighting the history and opportunities at the Officers Training Academy were unveiled at OTA-Nanganallur Road Metro Station on Saturday.
The displays were installed at the metro station to raise public awareness about OTA Chennai and its role in the Indian Army. They were unveiled by Lieutenant-General Michael AJ Fernandez, the Commandant of the OTA, during a ceremony on Saturday.
Mr. Fernandez noted that OTA Chennai has a proud legacy of producing military leaders who served the nation with honour and distinction. The displays aim to communicate the academy’s core values of leadership, discipline, and courage to the travelling public.
The initiative is intended to inspire aspiring youth to consider the diverse career opportunities offered by the Indian Army.
