Joe Coffee, a beloved café from Provincetown, Massachusetts, is set to open its first West Coast outpost in Palm Springs' Sunny Dunes District. The new spot at 577 East Sunny Dunes Road will bring the original's strong coffee, baked goods, and community vibe to the area. Owners Mark Shaw and Glenn Siegmund aim to foster inclusivity and local engagement when it launches in late December 2026.
