Royal Sushi

Chef Jesse Ito of Royal Sushi & Izakaya in Philadelphia embarked on his first trip to Japan alongside his father, Matt, for a rare bonding experience. The nine-day journey focused on exploring family roots, markets, and culinary traditions that influenced the restaurant.
