Fincher’s BBQ, a family-owned spot, is extending to Warner Robins at 102 S. Armed Forces Blvd. The location, formerly a barbecue venue and then a coffee shop, will open in April. It will serve pulled pork, ribs, chicken, pork chops, burgers, and sandwiches.
La Tropical, known for Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Latin dishes, is adding a second site in the 24,000-square-foot CTR Food Works hall. Expected by mid-2026, the menu includes Cuban sandwiches, bacalaitos, and arroz con pollo.
Ike’s Cafe and Grill, a West African eatery, plans a full-service spot in Marietta at a 3,200-square-foot space. Opening this spring, it will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner with items like smoky jollof rice, tender suya, rich egusi soup, and plantains. This follows plans for an Edgewood location.
Restaurateur Asim Walker’s Station 11 will occupy a 3,300-square-foot historic firehouse, blending 1900s charm with modern elements. Set for late March, the Caribbean-Asian fusion menu features oxtail sandwiches and similar fare, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
The Boiler Room, from the Hop City team, will open in May at 1385 Collier Road in Upper West Market. Housed in a former boiler room with 100-year-old brick walls and murals by street artist Catlanta, it will provide beer, wine, cocktails, and THC beverages.
