President Prabowo Subianto attended and expressed Indonesia's full support for the 20-point plan initiated by US President Donald Trump to stabilize and achieve peace in Gaza. Prabowo emphasized that Indonesia will send 8000 TNI troops within the next 1-2 months as part of the International Stabilization Force (ISF), tasked with maintaining the ceasefire and restoring post-war conditions. Indonesia has been trusted to serve as deputy commander of the ISF, with its best officers to be appointed to the position. An advance team will be sent first to map the area and assess risks in Rafah, a southern Gaza region bordering Egypt. ISF Commander Major General Jasper Jeffers from the US Armed Forces projected a need for 20000 troops and 12000 police for the mission. In his speech, Trump praised Prabowo as a tough, smart, and respected leader, expressing admiration for Indonesia's population of hundreds of millions. Trump said, “He's a guy I really like. He's very tough.
