Kashiwazaki-Kariwa
Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings (Tepco) began sending electricity from its Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear plant in Niigata Prefecture to the Tokyo metropolitan area for the first time in about 14 years on Monday.
