JINYA Ramen Bar has introduced two new seasonal items for spring: the Hokuriku Cabba-Chick ramen and an Iced Matcha Latte. These specials are available from March 1 through May 31 at locations systemwide. The offerings highlight the brand's blend of traditional Japanese flavors and modern creativity.
From its base in Los Angeles, California, JINYA Ramen Bar announced the arrival of spring with limited-time Chef’s Specials on March 1. The Hokuriku Cabba-Chick ramen features a clear chicken broth enriched with pork back fat and sautéed chicken thigh. It is topped with cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, and a hint of chili thread for gentle heat, served with thin noodles to evoke regional Japanese traditions.
The accompanying Iced Matcha Latte provides a refreshing contrast, made with premium matcha, oat milk, and agave, finished with a salted cream topping. This beverage balances earthy sweetness with a light savory note, suited to the warmer season.
“Our spring Chef’s Specials celebrate freshness, flavor and connection,” said Tomo Takahashi, founder and CEO of JINYA Ramen Bar. “Hokuriku Cabba-Chick brings warmth and depth in every bite, while the Iced Matcha Latte refreshes and delights, giving our guests a taste of Japan’s seasonal flavors.”
These additions underscore JINYA's commitment to slow-simmered broths, high-quality ingredients, and innovative beverages. Founded in 2010 by Takahashi, the brand operates over 80 restaurants and has earned accolades such as Franchise Times Top 400 Franchise Brands and Nation’s Restaurant News’ Fastest-Growing Asian Concept in 2024. New concepts like Mikan bakery & more and JINYA are slated for launch in 2026, alongside expansions of existing brands including bushi by JINYA and Robata JINYA.
The specials are available for a limited time through May 31, inviting diners to experience seasonal Japanese-inspired cuisine.
