LIV Golf revealed on February 18, 2026, plans to elevate agronomic standards for its global 14-event season spanning 10 countries and five continents. The league will adopt a unified evaluation and preparation framework, leveraging expertise from The R&A Sustainable Agronomy Service and the USGA Green Section. These organizations provide resources, technology, and best practices to optimize course management worldwide, preserving each venue's character while achieving peak competitive conditions.
Ross Hallett, EVP and Head of Events at LIV Golf, emphasized the importance of this initiative. "Our commitment to delivering championship-caliber playing conditions and world-class competition across the LIV Golf League is strengthened by our alignment with The R&A Sustainable Agronomy Service and the USGA Green Section," he stated. The 2026 season kicked off at Riyadh Golf Club in Saudi Arabia and The Grange Golf Club in Adelaide, Australia. The Adelaide event drew over 115,000 fans, marking it as the highest-attended LIV Golf event and the largest professional golf gathering in Australian history. Upcoming stops include Hong Kong Golf Club from March 5-8, Sentosa Golf Club from March 12-15, and others such as The Club at Steyn City, Club de Golf Chapultepec, and Trump National Golf Club Washington DC.
