On February 12, 2026, Mohan announced his admission on Instagram @mohanhazian. "On this occasion, I, Mohan Hazian, convey a public apology for the inappropriate actions I have committed," he wrote. He emphasized that his actions crossed professional boundaries and were inexcusable. As accountability, Mohan resigned from all positions, professional roles, and public involvement at Thanksinsomnia. He accepted full responsibility, respected potential legal processes, and committed to self-evaluation and professional counseling to prevent recurrence.
Another development came from Nindita Andini (@nindita on Threads), who shared a screenshot of a September 2019 conversation with someone allegedly Mohan. The chat involved an invitation for an analog photo shoot at the Thanksinsomnia studio just the two of them, which made Nindita uncomfortable and led her to decline. "It turns out the modus has been like this since long ago," Nindita wrote.
The main victim @aarummanis reported her personal number leaked and being contacted by Mohan's family representative via WhatsApp, requesting a meeting. She refused, stating she only shared her number with talent scouter initial S, and is processing legal counseling. To date, no official apology has come from Mohan or the brand to the victims.
