Reebok Basketball is set to release the Engine A 26 on February 27, 2026, via Reebok.com, closing out the month with this new performance model. The shoe evolves from the successful Engine A platform, incorporating an updated drop-in SuperFloat POD for improved responsiveness, along with the ERS+ System and dual-density foam to support high-intensity play.
The design emphasizes a bold, expressive aesthetic that reflects the untamed spirit of modern basketball, combining streetwear influences with functionality for both offense and defense. It aims to provide explosive power and speed, keeping athletes locked in from tip-off to the final buzzer.
The Engine A 26 will debut in three colorways: Cheetah at $130 USD, Asym Atomic Tangerine / Digital Lime at $130 USD, and Chalk / Black at $120 USD. Additional colorways are expected later in the season, though availability may vary by market.
Reebok's elite roster, Team RBK.B, will wear the shoe on court. The team includes Matas Buzelis, Lexie Brown, DiJonai Carrington, Nate Ament, Dink Pate, Tre Mann, and Aneesah Morrow. Matas Buzelis commented, “The Engine A 26 feels fast and has power, as the Engine A platform evolves it’s exactly what athletes need to take their game to the next level.”
This launch continues Reebok's legacy of innovative basketball footwear, tailored for the faster, more dynamic game.
