Volunteer service embodies Medemer philosophy

Volunteer service in Ethiopia reflects the Medemer government's view of cooperation and unity.

Addis Ababa, Hamle 12, 2018 (FMC) Volunteer service across the country has included renovation of schools, health institutions and public service facilities.

In the same effort, billions of seedlings have been planted, environmental cleaning and river cleaning works have been carried out. Food, clothing and shelter support as well as blood donation have been provided to the elderly, people with disabilities and displaced persons.

Youth are the main actors in environmental protection, education support and humanitarian aid works. This culture contributes to Ethiopia's sustainable development and social unity.
