Chinese company opens applications for rironi road project jobs

The China Road and Bridge Corporation has begun recruiting for hundreds of positions on a major Kenyan highway upgrade worth Ksh170 billion. Applications close on May 25.

The China Road and Bridge Corporation has opened applications for hundreds of jobs linked to the Rironi-Gilgil and Rironi-Maai Mahiu-Naivasha road project.

The firm seeks workers in construction and site roles, including general laborers, masons, welders and foremen. It also needs drivers, plant operators such as excavator and grader specialists, plus technical staff including civil engineers, surveyors and health and safety officers.

Only Kenyan citizens with valid national IDs may apply. The company encourages residents of Rironi, Limuru, Maai Mahiu, Naivasha and Gilgil to submit CVs and certificates to a8roadproject@crbc.com before the May 25 deadline.
