De La Espriella convenes second ministers council in Barranquilla

Abelardo De La Espriella, Colombia's president-elect, convened his second council of ministers for Saturday, July 18, in Barranquilla. The meeting includes the most recently appointed ministers and vice president-elect José Manuel Restrepo.

The first council of ministers took place on July 10. This second meeting is scheduled for six in the afternoon on July 18 in Barranquilla and will include the participation of Paola Holguín, designated minister of Culture, Alexandra Falla Zárate, designated minister of ICT, and María Nohemí Arboleda, designated minister of Mines and Energy.

Vice president-elect José Manuel Restrepo will also attend. A delegation that traveled to Washington will take part in the meeting.
