Luxury Bazaar has announced a partnership with Courtyard.io to offer discovery packs of luxury watches. Starting today, customers can purchase $10,000 packs containing a single high-end watch valued between $8,000 and $90,000. The collaboration aims to provide a fun, interactive buying experience for both new and experienced enthusiasts.
Luxury Bazaar, a company with 25 years in the luxury watch market, revealed its partnership with Courtyard.io on March 4, 2026. The platform, launched in 2023, is known for discovery shopping in areas like Pokemon cards, generating over a million dollars in daily sales. This new venture brings luxury watches into a similar 'discovery pack' format, where buyers purchase a digital pack that reveals a specific watch upon opening.
The discovery packs cost $10,000 each and guarantee a luxury watch in excellent or better condition, complete with box and papers. Potential 'chase' watches include the Rolex Daytona 126518LN with Turquoise Dial, Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5168G in Khaki Green, Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar 4300V in Rose Gold, Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Jumbo 16202BC, and Rolex Daytona 126519LN “Ghost”. Other options feature models like the Rolex Submariner, Omega Speedmaster, IWC Ingenieur, and Breitling Chronomat. The average fair market value of watches in the packs is $10,000, with hundreds available.
Buyers can pay via credit card or USDC and use the code LUXURYBAZAAR5 for 5% off. After revealing the watch, options include immediate shipping, vault storage with no fees, instant cash-out at 95% of market value through Courtyard's buyback program, or listing for sale. Each pack represents legal ownership of a real watch stored in Courtyard's vault, tracked via blockchain on the Polygon network, though the system is centrally controlled by Courtyard.
Roman Sharf, CEO of Luxury Bazaar, explained the appeal: "We think this partnership with Courtyard.io will offer a fun new buying experience that will hopefully resonate with some younger budding enthusiasts as well as some seasoned luxury watch buyers." He highlighted the 'frictionless' trade-in aspect and drew parallels to the company's early days selling on eBay. The packs became available starting at 1 p.m. on the announcement date.
