Public satisfaction with President Marcos slightly improved in the second quarter of the year, according to an SWS survey, although more Filipinos remain dissatisfied with his performance.
From a record low of 33 percent in March, satisfaction with Marcos rose to 38 percent in the June 20 to 29 survey. Dissatisfaction fell to 45 percent from 49 percent, while undecided respondents stood at 17 percent.
The net satisfaction rating improved from a poor -15 to a neutral -7. His average net satisfaction throughout his term is +23, with a record high of +68 in December 2022.
Satisfaction was highest in Balance Luzon at 47 percent and lowest in Mindanao at 23 percent. The survey had 1,200 respondents and a margin of error of plus or minus three percent.
