Ethio Telecom launches TeleStory digital service

Ethio Telecom executives launched the TeleStory digital service in Addis Ababa on Katit 13, 2018. The initiative focuses on expanding the company's core operations to improve service delivery. Officials stated that it goes beyond high benefits for customers to help increase revenue in Ethiopia. The service contributes to creating new employment opportunities, supporting content creators, and boosting public digital participation. It enables citizens to easily access education and health information while enhancing their products and services. TeleStory serves as a comprehensive digital platform for all services and broadens access to local channels. In particular, it enriches the media environment significantly and complements the broadband service provision.
