Foreign Minister Dr. Gedion Timothewos said the agreements 'can expand cooperation fields forward,' citing Azerbaijan's warm reception and shared advances in digital government services and artificial intelligence.

Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute Director Dr. Werqu Gachema confirmed collaboration plans in AI. The delegation toured Baku's technology hubs, including the AI Academy, gaining insights to support Ethiopia's Digital Ethiopia 2030 strategy. Discussions also shared Azerbaijan's COP29 experiences to prepare Ethiopia for COP32.
