Three men in their mid-20s have been detained on suspicion of attempted murder after a violent incident in Karlskoga during the night to Sunday.
Police were alerted at quarter past four on Sunday morning to the Skrantahöjden area in Karlskoga. A man with stab wounds was then taken to hospital by ambulance. Shortly afterwards two more men arrived at the hospital on their own. All three men in their mid-20s have been treated for serious but not life-threatening stab wounds. All three were detained on Sunday morning. They are registered both as plaintiffs and suspects for attempted murder. Police have carried out a technical examination at the scene and the cordons have been lifted.
