Johannes Thimme, a 20-year industry veteran who spent 13 years at Ubisoft, has founded Quality Time Studio in Lower Saxony, Germany. The new company will develop a game prototype while offering consulting and mentoring services to indie developers. Thimme aims to foster growth in the region's emerging game industry.
