Orange Cassidy and Kyle O’Reilly told fans during the show that Mark Briscoe suffered injuries on AEW Dynamite. They said they were unsure when he would return.
Briscoe had challenged MJF for the AEW World Title on Dynamite. He was busted open during the match and lost via the Heatseeker before MJF continued the assault.
Matt Sydal was introduced as the newest member of SkyFlight on Collision. Top Flight members said Sydal would be a perfect fit and noted his support during Darius Martin's absence.
Sydal said he knew he would need people watching his back and believed he had found the right crew in SkyFlight. The episode aired on TNT and HBO Max.
