Bandai Namco has issued a warning to owners of Tamagotchi Paradise devices regarding a glitch that affects elderly virtual pets. The issue impacts certain age ranges and prevents normal end-of-life processes. The company acknowledged the problem on its website but offered no fix.
Bandai Namco alerted fans this week about an aging glitch in Tamagotchi Paradise. Tamagotchi over 30 years old are considered elderly and normally pass away after a full life or become rescueable under certain conditions. Affected pets skip the Happy Tama Star milestone and display unusual weeping animations instead.
