In the first quarter of 2026, total claim and benefit payments reached Rp1.17 trillion. This figure is 2.4 percent lower than the same period last year.
Operations Director Andrew Bain said the decline reflects improved risk management. The company's claim ratio stood at 48.9 percent, well below the industry average of 78.2 percent.
Andrew added that the company will continue to strengthen risk governance and enhance claim service quality for policyholders.
