In procurement matters, Amanda Catalina Rojas Díaz took over as DACP director on December 24, 2025. Rojas Díaz, a lawyer specializing in Public Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, has over 15 years in the public sector. She is joined by Alejandra Cardona Duque as subdirector for Strategic Supply; Cardona is a lawyer from Universidad Javeriana, specializing in State Contracting, with more than a decade in contract management.
