Cardo Systems has unveiled its new Venture helmet, described as the world’s first integrated mesh helmet for motocross and off-road riding. The product combines group communication features with safety elements from Leatt.
The Venture is built on the Leatt Moto 8.5 helmet base. It features a lightweight composite shell made of fiberglass, Kevlar, and carbon fiber.
Inside, the helmet includes Leatt’s 360-degree Turbine Technology to reduce impact and rotational forces. It also has a 3-in-1 safety system, four-density impact foam, and meets ECE 22.06 and DOT standards.
Additional features include an anti-microbial Ionic liner, Pro-Fit modular pads, optimized ventilation, and an integrated hydration port. The helmet incorporates Cardo’s DMC communications technology and a SOUND BY JBL audio system for real-time coaching and group talks.
The Venture has an MSRP of $799, or €799 in Europe. Retail availability is scheduled for this summer.
