A host of high-profile guests boarded the new Celia carriage on the Belmond British Pullman train for its first journey on Saturday night in London. The event was hosted by designers Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin along with Vogue's Anna Wintour.
The evening began just after 6 p.m. at London Victoria Station, where commuters and tourists mingled with arriving celebrities. Guests including Roger and Mirka Federer, Tom Ford, Stella McCartney, Emma Corrin, and Alexa Chung climbed aboard the 6:30 p.m. departure from platform two. The carriage, designed as a private dining and events space, marked its debut with cocktails served by Catherine Martin herself in a Prada outfit as she poured Champagne into crystal glasses.
