Actress Deborah Secco stated she has no plans to return to soap operas in the current format due to the intense routine that would conflict with time spent with daughter Maria Flor.
In an interview with influencer Maya Massafera, Deborah Secco detailed the workload of soap operas. She explained that recordings take place Monday through Saturday, with 11 hours daily plus memorizing around 30 pages each night.
The actress noted that this pace prevents participation in important moments of her 10-year-old daughter's childhood. “In soap operas this is not viable. There is no way to say: ‘Today I will not record because my daughter has a presentation’”, she stated.
After 36 years in the profession, Secco said she feels professionally fulfilled and now prefers to focus on being a more present mother, traveling with her daughter and managing her businesses. She did not rule out a return if a special role arises, such as Tieta in a possible remake.
