Supergroup Drink The Sea will release their third album this October and begin a US, UK and European tour in August.
The band, featuring R.E.M. guitarist Peter Buck, Screaming Trees drummer Barrett Martin and Queens of the Stone Age guitarist Alain Johannes along with Duke Garwood and Lisette Garcia, formed at the end of 2024. Their new album, titled Drink The Sea III, is due on October 2 through Sunyata Records and Sony Orchard Digital Music. The lead single arrives on July 31. The record was produced by Martin and Johannes and captured during tours between October 2025 and April 2026 in studios across Washington, Chile and Brazil. The tour opens on August 30 in Vashon Island, Washington, with UK shows starting September 30 in Cardiff and continuing through Manchester, London and Brighton. European dates conclude on October 23 in Ravenna, Italy. Tickets are available now. Drink The Sea issued their first two albums last year.
