Pierre Deny passed away on Monday, May 25, with his daughters confirming the news in a statement. They noted it followed a sudden and severe case of ALS, the degenerative disease with no known cure. The actor had gained international recognition playing Louis de Léon in seasons three and four of the Darren Star series starring Lily Collins.
