The National Petroleum Company announced reductions in fuel prices that will take effect this Thursday. The liter of 93-octane gasoline will drop 100.3 pesos and diesel will decrease by 155.4 pesos.
According to ENAP's weekly report published on July 8, the adjustments apply from July 9. 97-octane gasoline will fall 99.8 pesos per liter, while vehicular LPG will decrease by 22.1 pesos.
Kerosene will register no variation. ENAP clarified that its report does not set final prices, which are determined by distributors.
Finance Minister Jorge Quiroz noted that the drop follows international oil prices and the exchange rate.
