Hulu announced Wednesday that 'The Testaments' will return for Season 2 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+. The news was shared via an Instagram video with the caption, 'A secret we couldn't keep any longer.' The sophomore season follows the coming-of-age story of teens Agnes and Daisy in Gilead, based on Margaret Atwood's 2019 novel of the same name. Ann Dowd reprises her role as Aunt Lydia, while the cast includes Chase Infiniti, Lucy Halliday, Mabel Li, Brad Alexander, and Rowan Blanchard. Elisabeth Moss serves as an executive producer. No premiere date has been set for the new season. The Season 1 finale is scheduled to air on Wednesday, May 27, at 3 a.m. ET.
